Loosing GUI with 3808CI

When I stream music from pc/usb or use internet radio I loose the GUI. The screen goes gray with those sources, I switch to sat or Blu ray and see what's playing but no on screen. I have to put the receiver in stand-by and then power switch it off then back on for the on screen to return. I also have a broken speaker terminal that is hanging on by a tread, but still works. Are these RMA problems?

No one has seen this problem with their receiver?

I am pretty sure it is still under warranty (came from listen up), it is less than a year old. The speaker terminal was not broke when I bought it and just noticed it when I was hooking up new TV and Blu ray. I will contact them and see what they say.
