*crossing fingers*Scott, maybe you can try this old trick from basic computer hardware troubleshooting. Open up the unit again on your anti-static workbench and ground yourself as usual. Pull out every connector from every board, one by one, plugging them back in immediately, simply to reseat the connectors in their sockets. Sometimes after disconnecting connectors and plugging them in some contacts may not properly re-establish themselves or some dust can creep inside a marginal contact and cause weird behavior. I've fixed some intermittent problems on computers this way. Best of luck my friend!
