Onkyo 805 HELP needed, only sound from fronts and sub

Hello ladies and gents, I need some help. I had new flooring installed yesterday which means I had to unhook all of my electronics and reinstall everthing once they were done. I have an onkyo 805 running 7.1. After hooking everything back up I am only able to get sound out of the front left and right and the sub. I can't get sound out of my center or any of my surround speakers. I have tried everything. All of the wires are hooked up correctly and the settings are the same from before I disconnected everything. I have tried the test tone's, nothing, tried audyssey, nothing, tried everything I could think of and still nothing. I'm hoping that it is some stupid setting that I'm missing and you can help me figure it out because it doesn't make any sense to me. Thanks in advance

Sorry about that(double post). I'm gonna rerun the setup once my girl gets done watching biggest loser. She won't let me run it while its on. I'll check back in with results after I'm done. Thanks again.

Ok, just reran the speaker setup and it is not recognizing any speakers except the sub and front left and right. I am going nuts with this. What do you think my next step should be? Is there a hard reset or something or do I call someone to come check this out?
