I am not a big videophile, but I do have one Laserdisc I wish to keep. The Lion King CAV has a ton of features on it that are not included on the new DVD, as well as it's just a better version. I wish to keep this but my Laserdisc player has gone bad. I do hate to buy a new one just for the one laserdisc.
My question is (and this may be the wrong forum, if it is please redirect me) are there any of you out there willing or know a service who will do laserdisc to DVD. I found a few online who charge ungodly amounts. Please let me know, I just wish to keep this material. Reply or send me a private message.
