I use ffdshow to watch dvds, but I can't forward or rewind. The picture just stops playing when I stop ff/rewind. I have tried ffdshow in vmc, hc and zoomplayer on 2 different computers with the same results. The only change is output, which is set to to rgb32 hq. The other configuratons is turnoff.
The combination of codec in the experiments:
ffdshow video
ffdshow audio (tryout revision 2527)
evr
default directsound Device
DVD navigator (microsofts)
It works in zoomplayer when I play the vobs separately. It's the same codec with the exception of dvd navigator
My computers
macbook pro(t7500) - 8600m gt
asus p5n7a-vm(e8500) - nvidia 9300
It works with purevideo and dscaler.
Does anyone know how to get ff/rewind to work with ffdshow? or is this a bug in ffdshow tryouts?
