The instructions for how to enter game mode are in the manual. Namely renaming the input. Reading is fun and mental brother. Oh yeah and insults and rudeness only show the people what and who you really are. And we can all read that without me writing it.
You are clearly confused. There is a Picture mode called "Game." This mode, according to a 2008 press release from Panasonic, does the following:
"The Game Mode minimizes the time lag when displaying game images on the Plasma screen. The Mode synchronizes the response of the game image to the player's operation, thereby producing an extremely clear image with no motion artifacts."
This is similar to your description, and I don't dispute that. You seem to think, however, that there is a Game Mode that is different from the Picture mode called "Game." This is not the case. There is only a Picture mode called "Game." There is no Game Mode.
Let me repeat that. There is only a Picture mode called "Game." There is no Game Mode.
Your confusion seems to stem from the manual, but the Picture mode
section on page 59, which I quoted above, couldn't be clearer:
"Game: For playing video game. This mode will be set automatically if GAME is selected from Input label setting (p. 53)." It reinforces this idea with the following note in that same section: "Picture mode will be automatically set to Game if you change from an Input label other than GAME to GAME label.
" [empahsis added]
This section of the manual speaks for itself. If you find it rude or insulting to be corrected when you are spreading misinformation, so be it. Your settings are a valuable contribution to the discussion, but your tip regarding Game Mode is based on a misunderstanding, and you should remove it from your recommended procedure.
