Generally anything AVC with DTS-HD or TrueHD is going to put alot of stress on a machine. Add fast moving action scenes and you would have a tough playback. Generally speaking, compression codecs take replace what has changed rather than what has not. Action movies tend to have the most background motion.
Look over the list at blu-raystats.com, I would imagine Spiderman 3 is pretty tough with AVC and Dolby TrueHD 24bit.
