New plasma owner: calibration blu-ray recommendations?

Hey all,

My new Panasonic 42" G10 will be arriving in a few days and I wanted to get your opinions on the best calibration blu-ray or dvd to buy. I'm highly technical (in the audio world, anyway) and will happily go into the "service" mode to get the best picture I can.

What's the best disc that explains everything in detail? I'm new to the whole calibration thing but I do NOT want or need it to be dumbed down for the casual Best Buy customer - I need good, detailed explanations and instructions. I'm a do-it-yourself-er and, like I said, am very adept technically, so I'm not interested in hiring someone to do this for me.

Thanks!

And don't forget your local library, sometimes one will have a tune up DVD available for check out. I have all of them, I think "Video Essentials" gave me the best info on what various adjustments actually do to the picture but it is still basic info.
And a THX dvd will also have the basic patterns available.
