Flexibility of 12 vs. 14 AWG speaker wire

I'm ready to order a spool of wire at monoprice, and unsure if 12 or 14 AWG would be best in my situation.

Speaker impedance is 8 (7 speaker setup), and AVR can do 140 watts. Run will be 10, 10, 15, 40, 45, 45, 45 feet (approx.).

I was just going to get 12 AWG and not worry about it, but I'm going to run the wire along the baseboard, up the corner of the wall, along the top and down to each rear speaker (4 of the 7 - long runs).

Would I be better off with 14 AWG as it will be more flexible and easier to make the 90 degree bends? I'm looking at the white CL2-rated wire (not to run in the wall, but for just for the looks - the walls are white).

Thanks the the feedback.

Actually I did read it already - great article. I'm looking for some feedback on flexibility of the wire - I already know I can use 12 or 14 according to his spec.

Thank you,
Bruce
