Ordered lens- which aspect ratio screen?

I just ordered a Prismasonic HD-5000R for my JVC RS-10 and I'm a little confused on which aspect ratio screen screen size to get.

Should it be 2.35, 2.37, or 2.40? Is it personal preference or does it really matter?

I was about to order a Stewart Luxus Model A 2.35 115" wide Firehawk G3.
Dimensions are 49" high by 115" wide for a 125" diagonal image in 2.35 and 100" diagonal in 16:9.

Thanks.

Movies are mostly 2.39 but lenses "stock" expansion (i.e. without overexpanding) is 2.37 however, I have the same lenses as you and went with a curved stewart 130" 2.40:1. I have the lenses expand all the way to the edge of the screen no matter if the content is 2.39 or 2.40 or even 2.35 and it works perfect. The difference is actually pretty small to even notice if you realize we are talking about a 0,0X difference.

The real world difference in size between 2.35:1, 2.37:1 and 2.4:1 is minimal. Mathmatically the lens makes it 2.37:1, but most people opt for 2.35:1 without masking systems, and 2.4:1 with masking systems.

Really it is so minor a difference I wouldn't stress much about it.

Thanks JargonGR & Jason! I split the difference and went with a 2.37.
