I have an LCD HDTV hooked up to my computer as a 2nd monitor via VGA cable.
My regular computer monitor is hooked up with DVI.
My intentions are to play videos stored on my computer, on my LCD TV...
When I try to do this, the video doesn't show up. (audio still works). The display of the LCD is fine, with resolution settings etc. all set up correctly, I can see my desktop background extended to it. I can also see the window that the movie should be playing in....be it VLC, WMP, or iTunes. But nothing shows.
I've downloaded the latest codec pack (K-lite), and the latest driver for my video card (ATI Raedon X800 Series)
The LCD does, however, play embedded flash videos streaming from the internet. But no MPEGs or MP4s, MOVs AVIs etc...
Any Suggestions?
