I'm curious to see how long it actually takes for you to get your sub back, so please keep us updated.
My center and surround sound speakers are all BIC which I purchased over 10 years ago. I've never had any problems with them, so I don't know how good their warranty support is, but I'd like to know how it goes for you, so I can plan my future purchases.
Yes, I will be sure and let you know how it goes. I shipped the amp to California which was the address they gave me. They said they would either repair, or replace the amp. I can't believe they would then ship it all the way to China to have it looked at.
I did email them and asked about the turn around time on warranty work. Here's their reply:
The answer I get when I inquire about average time from receipt of the amplifier until it reaches the front of the queue is "10 to 15 business days." So -- it isn't there quite yet, but getting close.
Yes, you'll get a tracking number when it's shipped.
