Parks and Recreation on NBC HD - Page 7

The wife and I just about died laughing during the golf cart scene......what cart did we get......
Poor Aziz, having to run after the cart because it was too heavy
Another good episode this week.

This was one of the most hilarious episodes I have seen thus far. Lots of LOL moments but two of the funniest involved the loud talking ranger. First was when he pulled up in the golf cart and said are we ready, then a shot of the pigeons flying away and the second in the studio when he started talking on air and they showed a shot of the decibel meter being pegged in the red, I frigging lost it!

Wheres the love for this show? No comments for this past week. I thought it was better than Community.

I was one of the viewers that watched the first 2 or 3 episodes and couldn't get past the feeling of being a cheap "The Office" knock off. Because of the comments about Season 2 in this thread, the wife and I decided to give it another shot.

We just (finally) got caught up and love this show. Agree with those that thought this week's episode was one of the funniest. I was cracking up a number of times.

Whoops. I thought I posted this week.

I liked the episode.

It's still a season pass for me, and I have no reason to remove it, good show

A great episode. Casting Michael Gross was a nice surprise.

When I say Parks, you say Department!

PARKS!

PARKS!

APARTMENT!

Also, I just found out that Paul Schneider (Mark Brendanawicz) will be leaving after this season. Apparantly he's got a film career he wants to focus on. Who knew!?

I liked the Mark character, but he's just kind of... there, not much for him to do really.

Adam Scott to join as a regular in Season 3, and Rob Lowe will have a guest appearance in season 3 as well.

Adam Scott is a good add. Hope he can keep doing Party Down as well.

I like him on the show, but he is easily replaceable.

I just don't want them to reunite Anne w/ Andy.

Adam Scott will be a great addition.

Ah yes. The undoing of many a TV actor from time immemorial.

my dvr didn't record last weeks episode even though it is programmed to record
all new p & r episodes. was it a repeat?
Yes, it was, and pretty funny at that. You may want to check your On-Demand for NBC. I have FIOS and am able to watch several popular prime time shows, including P&R, in HD for free when my DVR has a conflict. Thurs is a busy night.

Agreed--this is pure comedy gold...

Let’s Dia-Beat-This!

Sleep Fighting.

Brooks Brothers for Boys.

"Give a man a fish, you'll feed him for a day. Don't teach a man to fish and feed yourself. He's a grown man, fishing's not that hard."

"This chair is almost caning itself."

Watching right now--hilarious episode. This show has really come on this season.
One of the funniest shows of the season. It is really packed with hilarious lines throughout and you have to stay on top of your toes to catch them all. This show kills me.

Leslie : Ron wake up! Are you having a nightmare?
Ron: No, I have a habit of sleep fighting
Leslie: Thats horrible!
Ron: Only when I'm losing!

Hilarious episode tonight. Laughed many times.
Andy almost had April! haha
Ron Swanson is fast becoming one of my three or four favorite characters on TV. I have loved his parts this entire season.
Great show. Most underrated on TV. LoL many times. Agree about Ron Swanson, love that smirk he uses but then how serious he got when told they were laying-off Leslie which would mean him doing some work. The whole Andy-April bit is hilarious, can't wait for next season.
Love this show. Many great laughs last night, my favorite was Ron's ringtone that went off during the meeting - a gunshot. Good stuff.
What was it Ron said at the kid's concert? "Bacon wrapped turkey leg, they call it a Ron Swanson" He's hilarious.
this show has had an outstanding season.

best unwatched show on tv.

ron swanson is one of my favorite television characters of all time.
he's up there with eddie haskell!

I watched the last two episodes of this season only because Adam Scott of Party Down joined the cast. After viewing these two episodes I will say I don't find this show all that humorous, no where near as funny as Party Down (imo), but I did chuckle a few times and as long as Adam is with the show I will continue to watch. Perhaps I will come to enjoy the Parks & Rec as much as you all.
