Parks and Recreation on NBC HD - Page 13

Good episode last night.

I was under the impression that Leslie Knope took another job opportunity, and she will not be back next year. Then again, isn't she like the lead cast member, per se?

Andy dressing up and scanning the thousands of documents was funny.

I remember there was talk of Leslie running for mayor becoming an storyline at some point. So I suspect season four will revolve around that.

Both loved and was horrified by Ron's new look. Can't wait to see who they cast as Tammy 1. For whatever reason, the very ending when Detlef packed Jean Rafeal killed me.

Consistently well written and acted. This show is a pearl.

Loved Ron in his oval desk where everyone has direct access
to him. Nothing could be more repugnant to his character.

The over-mourning for lil' Sebastion and Ron's mustache is
destroyed.

Detleff Schremph, Tammy II, Tom's new venture, Leslie in politics
denying any skeletons in her closet.

I can't wait for Season 4. Everything is set up for another superlative year.

And to think P & R gave us such a wonderful ride with just
half a season.

Nick Offerman stiffed on ermmy nomination. Other nominees and critics are
calling it the biggest gaffe of this years nominations. 3 nominees from Modern Family?

For me, the snub of Offerman in the comedy category is as big an insult as John Noble again not getting notice for his work on FRINGE. Ron Swanson & Walter Bishop are 2 of the best characters on all of broadcast TV today (IMO).

NBC has a preview of the upcoming season on their site and as many of you know, Tammy 1 is arriving back in Ron's life, and she's played by Patricia Clarkson. And a surprise to me is that Tammy Zero will also be showing up. Tammy 0 is Ron's mother Tamara. Can't wait to see what kind of foods Ron eats this season.

interesting epidsode. things are moving way faster than i expected on leslie's emerging political career. not very realistic as these thing usually take months to vet a candidate and architect a campaign.

couple of laughs here and there, but i'm worried this political thing is going
to undermine what has made this show such a gem for the past 2 years

Good, I'll be looking forward to it.

Typically the first episode of each season isn't the best since most of it is spend resolving cliffhangers from the previous season along with setting things up for the new season. With that said there was a few funny moments last night and it sounds like next week will be classic vintage Parks & Rec.

Welcome back Pawnee!

Ron Swanson is still awesome

I liked it as well.

Ron had some great scenes. I especially liked when Leslie said that she wanted to shoot a gun after Ron gave her options for what they could do, options that included fishing and hunting, and he responded with "fishing it is."

Ron is the best, I also liked the fishing scene along with his great escape from city hall along by installing the spike and scaling the wall. I also liked his quickly grown full beard and mustache Aziz is also a hoot with his frequent visits bearing trinkets from his new company. Not to mention all the guys sending wiener pictures to Ann This show is the best!
chris stating he found testicles to be like the ears on a persons face.

anne responding, wow you really know your testes.

ron hiding survival kit in city hall in case or emergence of tammy 1.

Was amused by Ron using his fake middle name in reference to Leslie - "Because you're Leslie ****ing Knope". Was kinda put off by the normally well-manicured Chris (Rob Lowe) looking all disheveled. I assume that look is for the other show he's on.

Good for Pratt for that weight loss during the break. He looks a lot better now.

no, i think it was ron telling leslie how highly he regards her. just as ron sees himself as ron f****** swanson, he honored leslie by calling her leslie
f******* knope.

Yeah, what was up with those bangs he was wearing.

Love Andy's character, naive and totally adolescent.

In a sea of new comedies that I've been giving a chance this season, it's nice to have one I know I can count on.

There was a follow-up linelater in the show that made me roar...I can't remember it exactly, but something to the effect that they were cleaning the bullets out of the fish.

Hilarious episode tonight. Loved it.
Yep, another gem! This show puts all the new comedies to shame
Loved the moonshine chugging contest and how Ron put them all to shame
post #387 of 665
Riotous show. I hit the quick replay button over and over, particularly in the drinking scene.

Another amazing episode last night! Can't believe they got Roy Hibbert on the show and the reference to the NBA lockout was great! All the Seven-twenty office scenes were gold. A whipped, neutered Ron was also hilarious!

Definitely have to go back and watch this gem again

Those scenes should make anyone with a failing business feel a little better about themselves.

I know, so great! I also loved Ben pointing out all the useless employees around the office and the ridiculous salaries they were getting
