Ok so i just got my new set up, I have no clue what settings I should set on the receiver and the sub. Here is my new set up

HK 247 receiver
PA 120 sub
Fronts Infinity 252 towers
Center Infinity 250
Using my ceiling JBL speakers as rears

Please help

Good choices. Set the sub to a middle level setting, turn the 247 on and run EzSet/EQ.

Then sit back and enjoy.

What should I set the crossover and the phase at on the sub?

Your receiver will handle the bass management, so you don't want to use the sub crossover setting. If it has a "bypass" option use that, or just turn it to the highest setting to get it out of the way. Setting the phase to 0 will normally be just fine.
