Nope, though they aren't far apart. (And 49.1/2 is fine down here tonight, but I could pick them up with a paperclip.)
23 is just up from Rolling Acres Mall. If you've ever been there (and there's really no reason to go to that mall now
), when you go up 261/Wooster Road/V. Odom Blvd., you'd turn right up at the top (following 261) instead of left (over to what's left of the mall).
The 23 tower is right in that clump of trees just past the turn onto 261. (Well, the tower is well above those trees, of course
No other TV there, as far as I know, unless there's an LPTVer I forgot about. 23's former sister FM radio station, WONE/97.5, is also there, and a couple of FM translators - including the mighty pest at 102.5 blanketing a chunk of Akron with "K-Love".
49 is off of Cleveland-Massillon Road not far up from there, between that area and the Montrose shopping area.
So, 23/49 are not co-located, but what, maybe 3 miles or less apart. 49's tower also carries a radio station, WQMX/94.9...oddly enough, now co-owned with WONE.
