Sounds like you have quite the nice set up there! Oh, you're gonna want to kick me now, because we never even put our antenna on the roof - it's mounted on the 3ft back fence, and the only channel we don't (usually, anyhow...) pick up at that extremely low height is ION!

Are there more than one tv's hooked up to your set up? If so, are you having problems with all sets, or just one? Reason I ask is because our bedroom tv was getting a lower signal strength than the living room tv, causing pixiling and break-ups on the bedroom tv when there were no problems with the living room tv - hubby noticed that the old, existing coaxial cable was crimped and bent in one part, so he went up to Radio Shack to get a better quality coaxial cable and the problem was solved.
Hopefully that's all it is for you as well - it was a pretty quick and inexpensive fix.
