Also RF5, probably the same WLMB 40.1 you got. Plus WJBK/2 analog running their nightlight loop.
Nah, I didn't get WLMB. I've never even gotten its DT 5 channel when scanning DTV in Toledo itself! I was talking about the band being open here for such a catch for the first time, due to WEWS vacating the analog channel 5 it has run from the BEGINNING...decades before WLMB got that allocation in "Toledo"
A quick check of RF 19 doesn't show much. That's WTVG's pre-transition digital, which they abandoned Friday for 13. The FCC database shows an LD CP for 19 in Greensburg, PA, not that far from now-former WPCW analog 19.
That's run out of the WBGN-LP low-power operation in Pittsburgh, and I believe the Pittsburgh board says WBGN's main LD on 16 is up and running. Whether LD 19 east of Pittsburgh makes it here at all, even weakly, is a good question.
There's also an analog 19 Class A/LP operation in Columbus at 37 kW. Looks like a religious operator. But you said digital, as I just reread that.
The ION Detroit market affiliate (WPXD Ann Arbor) has filed to move digital to 19, but that's apparently not on yet. An educational station up in Saginaw/Bay City/Midland MI (WDCP) is camped out on 19, apparently a digital flash cut, and only 50 kW for a full-power allocation.
