Issue with iTunes Album Art and HDTV

I recently purchased a Samsung LN46a650 and have hooked my HTPC to it via the DVI port on the ATI Diamond Radeon X1550 Pro card (cheap card, I know) to the 2nd HDMI port on the back. I cranked the Res up to 1080, and everything seems fine. But viewing the album art in iTunes or the visualization in iTunes causes the screen to refresh...meaning the TV goes blank for a second then the picture comes back with the resolution displaying in the top left (like you had just turned on the TV or switched the input). I've done quite a bit of googling on this site, and across the internet for this issue and can't seem to find a solution (or even someone who has a similar issue).

Has anyone seen this?

Well, if anyone cares, I did figure this out.

I set the refresh rate on the PC to 24hz. Then changed the ratio on the TV to the "Just Scan" setting.(as opposed to 16x9) Now it works like a charm.
