So it has been a little over a week since Chad came out here to calibrate my Panny 58pz700u. I am very happy with the result. I watch everything in Cinema mode now both night and day (most of the time). I could not do that before cause Cinema was too dark overall for most daytime viewing. So Chad calibrated the Cinema and just in case I wanted a bit more brightness during the day, he did the Custom mode. I hardly use the Custom so far. I also agree with the general sentiments about Chad. He is easy going, professional, and all around nice guy. I would definately recommend him to everyone.
