I know Sony supposedly has one lurking for a mid-year release, and at 400 discs, it would be nearly perfect...200 is just too small for the price they were asking.
Secondly, if it upscales 8-9/10, it would make me second guess my plan a bit to upgrade a lot of my DVD's to BD. Save some $$$'s there.
I've heard that on-screen menus with movie metadata is an all-but given, so we could poetentially have a great "apple tv-like" interface to work with.
That 200 disc Creston unit upcoming will likely have an off-the-charts MSRP, but I've heard rumours that Sony may bring their non-ES model in under $1000...$899 is a number I've heard a few times.
If so, I'm almost certainly in. Anyone else? I'm simply just not springing for 20 TB's of storage anytime soon,
James
