I can only tell you what a few of us feel. That Onkyo has burned our good will with this issue and that there is no trust left in the brand. I switched to Pio and won't look back. Nor will I recommend Onkyo to anyone at this point. Onkyo needs to really fix the public relations issue they have right now IN ADDITION to the problems with the receivers. This is simply my opinion.
