Called them. Hi-Fi Heaven in Green Bay WI. Go to Pioneers website and they are listed as authorized dealers. Give em a call. Their numbers on the Pioneer site. And I might add even if they were not authorized it doesn't matter. You can buy a MACK warranty that does the same thing and still come out way ahead on the price. Go to this site and see the warranty prices.

You pay for the warranty by the price range of your purchase. Cheap insurance even if there is a manufacturers warranty. 3 years for that AVR for $60.00.

I'm looking at the Marantz 5003 (if I ever get rid of my Anthem AVM 20) but if I could get a price like that on a VSX-03TXH, I'd definitely consider it.
