Came across this today.....a new 3rd party Wii gadget is coming to E3. Why is this forum thread worthy? 'Cuz it will allow you to use your old NES, SNES & N64 controllers with their respective Virtual Console clones.
A company called Komodo is going to show off it's new Virtual Retro Adaptor @ E3. Plugs into your Wii's GC control ports & allows the use of the aformentioned previous gen controllers with your VC games.
While this really has no major effect on NES or SNES (sideways Wiimote & Classic Controller both do the proper job for those titles), anyone heavy into N64 VC games can now use the controller those games were built for. The adaptors are said to carry a retail price of $19.99 each.

Still, I find myself double dipping on the Virtual Console for convenience.
