Your first mistake was being in their store, rather than mine. Didn't Joel Silver teach you about proper viewing environment lighting in your ISF training?
I was in IKEA with the wife who was making other purchases. I don't think your store is in close proximity to where I live, nor do I think my wife would ever be interested in shopping there.
Unfortunately, I didn't have the luxury of having a laptop with me when I was in IKEA, which would have enabled me to utilize the drop-down menu prior to purchase. When I asked the IKEA employee for specifics, he was at a loss, but told me they were returnable. Being I had non-nuetral colored walls in the room, (again my wife's choice), I had a feeling it wasn't going to work out, but since I was told that they were returnable, I picked them up to see how they'd they'd look.
And yes, Joel did explain proper lighting, although very briefly. However, he didn't touch on the subject of compromising with one's spouse, which is even more crucial.
P.S. If I can convince the wife to let me repaint the room, I'll be sure to order my next set from you.
