there is any way to reset the service menu to default factory settings... seems i cant get the correct tone anymore... cool its warm ....normal is warm

There is no factory default settings, each TV has it's own unique settings so there's nothing to reset to.

Did you go into the SM and change something? If you did change something in the SM, did you first write down the original values before making any changes?

yes i wrote down but the problem is something else ...my color tone warm,normal and cool dont match anymore.... right now all the cuts and drv are factory default but i cant match the tone colors anymore . I dont know for sure in the service menu if the cinema mode its set to normal or warm....because in user menu when i set it up to warm its a warm+ cool mode

There are several "normalize" options for resetting my new Panny TH-65VX100 to factory values. I assume that's to override all my user settings (various menu sections). Haven't entered the service menu and don't plan to. -- John
