Audio responses like that are in the current Bad Company multiplayer. If somebody locates a tank, or spots a sniper it is called out in game. I think the language will probably remain but don't know for sure. My main complaint currently is that when playing multiplayer randomly nobody talks. Playing silently against a group the communicates well is extremely difficult.

I've noticed that as well, typically it's just my friend and I who play together who are doing any of the talking. It can be pretty frustrating when you're pinned down on a map and no-one from your team will tell you where they are, what they're seeing, or what they're trying to do.
