Didn't work with safari, switched to firefox and live chat worked fine.
I spoke to 3 CSRs (Tristan, Joshua and Dale...2 by live chat and 1 by phone). They all said nothing could be done to retrieve my stats. I didn't even play any games since this happened. Apparently once you login using the gamertag associated with the new email address, that's it...all gone...nothing that can be done.
They did give me a new VIP code, but I'm not sure I feel like being a noob with no weapons all over again...I like the game but I'm going to be at such a disadvantage now it's going to be an exercise on frustration
The whole transcript from the last chat is too long to put here, after I had them put the gamertag back with the oringianl email address...here's the conlusion (where I started with the first 2 conversations...all with the same result)
