I have spent countless hours on this, i bought the usb serial cable , one of the reccomended brands that hk says to use the gigaware one i'm running vista but it says either the update button isn't pushed in or that the right com port isn't selected i've selected com 3 and com 4 the only choices and the update button is pressed it but it won't update i keep reading about needing to turn off driver signing but i don't know how to do it all the forums say it you can't do it. some say to just hit f8 in booting up i have tried that but nothing happens is there some certain step i need to take? this is so frustrating!!!!
