Matt White or HighContrast Grey for Benq W9000???

ok. so i have dark walls, but not complete light control. i mostly watch my projector at night anyway, so am i better off with a matt white or high contrast grey material? TIA

You should test both of them. It's dependant on your eyes, your enviroment and what's important to you in an image. Example, Alan Gouger loves the Carada Brilliant White, I found that gain vs the matte white took away from the black level too much. Who is right? We both are...why? Cause it's all depends your what your eyes tell you. There are no quick answers or guesses as to what you will find appealing in your set up. Set aside instant gratification and test with samples in your own HT room.

I knew Matt White in high school. He was no good. Go with matte white.
