Firmware Upgrade for PN42B450

I noticed on the samsung website there is a new firmware update (ver.1013) for the PN42B450. (I think my tv has version 1005.0).

This is my first HDTV so I'm a little hesitant to try it out. Have any of you PN42B450 owners out there tried this update? If it bricks my tv, is it covered under warranty? Anybody know what the update fixes?

I just did this F/W upgrade on my PN42B450 and everything is OK. I had the 1012 version, where as this one is the 1013. Enjoy your PDP!

Any idea on what is fixed or changed with the upgrade? I can't find anything on samsung's website

build date : 2009-04-16 firmware version 1013

Not enough there for me to risk updating. My set is working great.
