I expect the email from Paypal any time now... and I usually get discs in the mail within 24 hours of Paypal.

But we're getting some snow this evening, so it may be another day or so before I get to the post office. I'll see how the roads are in the morning.

I know these are just the files, but just curious, has anyone uploaded these files to your PS3 and just used the software on the Ps3 to play a looping slideshow with these? I can certainly do something on my computer, just curious if that works though.

I don't have a PS3, so I can't help. Sorry.

I think it might randomly work, except for displaying the Q and A trivia slides in the correct order. If it were truly grabbing random slides from the folders to display, you probably wouldn't get the correct pairing of A to follow the Q.

I know that folks wanting to use these in a HTPC of some kinds usually renamed the trivia slides to something that worked with whatever software there were using on their PC.

Anyone else tried my slides on a PS3?

has anyone setup a good way of randomizing which slides play prior to a movie playing?


I would love to put a video with some slides in each folder that has a video in it and i know media browser will play them in order of naming...

could be cool to do, better if it didnt take a ton of work.

I will be sending $$ shortly

I received my package yesterday, thank you Steven. It was more than advertised and well worth getting. Now it's time to use my new Magix movie edit pro 16 and make up some wicked movie intro's....thanks again.

Requests for discs continue to come in... even though this thread was way down on page 3! That makes me suspect that some of the requests a arriving through AVS from another forum--backyard theater, perhaps?

At any rate, the discs have shipped.

As for a recent question PM'ed to me regarding a possible volume 7--yes, it will happen. Probably not until summer, when I have an extended amount of time off to devote to them.

I do have a link here from the XBMC forums. I started a thread in regards to Home Theater type things for a script for XBMC. You were the only thing I recommended that wasn't available for free since I believe that your work and time for a min payment of $7 is an incredible deal. Please let me know if you would like me to remove the link and small writeup.

I don't own a PS3, so I am no help. But I suggest reading through not only this thread, but the previous threads covering Vol. 5 and further back maybe. Links for those threads are in the first post of this thread.

Heading out of the country this weekend for Southern Caribbean cruise, so anyone who requests a disc in the coming week... they won't be mailed out until June 1st. FYI Otherwise, everyone who has requested a disc until today (Thurs.)--they've shipped.
