I sure hope Forza 3 has more hotrods and classic American muscle cars in it with more choices of parts. I'd love to have my suped up Dodge Charger and Challenger but I know my friend wants his old Ford Mustang fastback and 5.0. I sure would too.

theres a '69 charger, but only a brand new srt8 challenger (so far), and of course, the '93 cobra you saw

But back on topic. What could people looking for muscle want more then the ZR1 or Shelby Cobra? And the more videos of the Evora I watch, the happier I am Forza 3 will make it possible to drive one.

I'm wondering if MS is going to make an announcement about a new wheel to coincide with Forza 3? I've been holding off on buying one expecting something new to be released.

ugh... i cant even imagine.... they ALWAYS do that crap... i mean sure, some cars in forza may have 2 or 3 special editions that are basically the same car, especially after you mod it and edit the paint... you could almost duplicate it.

but if the "other" game is going to pull the same BS, really they'll have LESS cars than forza.

if 43 = 4
then 1000 is really 93.

now i know they wont have all dupes like that, and it's definitely an exaggeration... but i can almost guarantee on average, they'll have 1 dupe of every car (obviously some unique cars, but also some cars with 5 or 10 variants)


i'm really excited to see the real, full Forza 3 list..... especially detailed interiors for every car, interior changes with weight reduction AND roll cage additions..... it's going to be insane.

keep in mind, i have the other console, and i plan on getting the other definitive racing game... but at this point i just have no faith in the other camp whatsoever.

I hadn't noticed RobertR1's post about this. Now that is an impressive commitment. How many people are planning on playing exclusively from the cockpit view? I plan to but I've become so used to the bumper cam from FM2 my brain might initially resist.

And I was looking back at Turn 10's press releases and they already announced a new wheel. Now I'm thinking Tinker might have mentioned this to me in another post but here's the wheel. $329.95 is steep but it looks like an exceptional piece of hardware. I'm thinking about it.

Is Forza 3 shipping on multiple discs? Anything confirmed?

That is REALLY amazing. I love the attention to detail. I am getting more and more excited for Forza 3 everyday it seems.


They said that there will be two discs shipped. First disc for the main content and ...supposedly, the 2nd disc just filled with tracks. I really hope they have many quality tracks and not just a bunch of sh*tty tracks. My friend and I were just talking about the two discs yesterday and were wondering how it will be installed to the 360 hard drive. Any thoughts on that?

I suppose you will install both disc and then you can have either one (maybe disc 1 is required to play) in the drive to authorize you to play. At least I am hoping it works like this.

With all these awesome racing games coming out I am about >x< that close (does that even read? ) to picking up that $500 version of the wheel. Yeah, I would sooo get the clubsport pedals if I am spending $300 on a wheel. Those two wheel stands are pretty sweet too. I'd get the $150 version, of course. I'd have to buy two more 360's and a trio of 24" screens as well if I want the $1,000+ version. Lolz!

No, seriously....I just may get that clubsport version of this wheel. Oooof! Limited production. They gotta make me sweat over it, now don't they? Guess it'll make me feel better about spending $200 on DJ Hero in a few months. *laughs*

The Forza video on the dashboard talks about what is on both disks. Something about the extra Forza 2 cars and some extra tracks on the second disk. I don't remember exactly, but it's there if anyone wants to check it out.

...and holy **** at the 93 cobra R, it looks fantastic. We'll be able to get a good idea of Forza's physics realism when the quadra-suck rear binds up and snap oversteers you into a ditch.

It's really tempting. Let us know if you decide to go for it. I wouldn't mind letting someone else be the pioneer. Although I'm pretty confident the wheel and pedals would be awesome.
