IC Logarithmic AMP AD 8313???

I am sorry if I post this in the wrong place. I am working on home project to build few electronic stuff. I am looking for IC Logarithmic AMP AD 8313. I run into digital key but they only sell 3000 item full reel. I only need 2-3 of them. Do you know any website/place to sell this in small amount?

I also need 1030.0 Mhz RF SAW Filter 803 - RF 1030.0M_A
