BDInfo already does this (and has pretty much since the first version).The framerate is displayed in BDInfo as 23.976 fps if 24/1.001 and 24 fps if 24/1.000. As far as the list on the first page goes, 24/1.001 is denoted 1080p24 and 24/1.000 is denoted 1080p24* to save some space.
