So I suspect a typo there.
The first difference is in the total disc size for the two, and it's a small difference. I'm not sure that this is consistently reported by BDInfo 0.5.2. I've used two different BD drives and the figure it gives has been different.
I've just scanned Poltergeist -- the US 'book' version (barcode 0 12569 79849 6), and the figure reported is 22,126,444,468 bytes, which is the figure reported on the front page for the DE version. Perhaps the US scan used an earlier version of BDInfo. Anyway, it seems likely that the US and DE versions of this are the same (and likely the Australian version too, but I don't have a copy of this to scan).

Thanks, it looks like I pasted the video bitrate into the TrueHD bitrate field -oops!
BDInfo disc size is essentially calculated as a "dir /s" - all of the files on the disc are recursed and their sizes summed. As far as the differences in the disc size listing goes between the two Poltergeist entries, I mention somewhat obliquely in the notes sections on the first page that small variations in size due to "nuances" in the software stack are normal and ~10MB is within the boundaries of these normal differences. Assuming the US and DE editions are byte-for-byte identical, I imagine the DE disc size number is more correct as far as that goes. Sorry if I am being too intentionally vague, feel free to PM or email me if you want the "unrated" explanation...
