I'm not sure if this is the right board for posting the following but i got a LG lcd monitor 19" 1400 x 900, 2ms (Flatron w1953tq) at staples on clearance for $140 tax and everything so thats like half the orignal price. But to my surprised i noticed while setting up the screen savers that theres was a white line on the bottom and top of the screen running from side to side. It's not completely white but it's there and i think it resembles the task bars, this happened while previewing the starfiled screen saver ( i have windows XP) that was after 2 hrs of use so my question is is it possible for lcd monitors to suffer from IR? Please i have 14 days to return this so i want clear things out bfore time runs out; as a favor if you guys could try veiwing the stafield on your own monitors to check if this lines are normal that would be even better. Theres a sale this week on a samsung 19-20" 5 ms lower resolution for a 100 bucks so i want to find out about this before the end of the week. Thanks for all the attention.

why would there be a task bar burn in on the top? Sounds like there was a reason it was on sale..
