Mmmk. Highly disagree. Maybe the first time around if you went in expecting a dumb action thriller, sure, I could see how one could leave not knowing what it was about. The plot in MI:1 is complex, but not incomprehensible, and it is also quite exciting and engaging without relying on the typical dumb action norm.
what I found the most annoying about the first 2 MI movies was that they covered up any plot hole by just having one of the main characters put on one of those face masks and audio voice recorders which makes them virtually identical to another character...totally ridiculous
In the second film, yes. In the first film those masks were used legitimately and sparsely.
