Occasional Ghosting?

I bought a Philips 32PFL3514D two weeks ago and am very happy with it except it, very rarely, begins to ghost the image terribly. I've only seen it happen twice, once last week then again last night. It wasn't something that happened after the TV had been on for a while, it occurred at start up. Turning the set off for a while seemed to fix it both times. Any ideas at what could be causing this?

Currently I only have a PS3 through HDMI hooked up and am using it for games and Blu-rays. My camera isn't very good so it wouldn't capture it well. The problem seems to be a bit different now anyway. It seems to occur every time at start up but seems to go away after about 5 minutes. As long as it stays like this I don't really care.
