Just wondering if any have them, or do most new subs have standby mode?

Most subs have an auto standby - no audio signal for 10-15 minutes and it goes into standby.

And if you have a sub that doesn't - don't plug it into the back of your receiver. Its made for low current use things like DVDs and CD players. Subs can draw lots of juice during dynamic sound passages.
