Looking to upgrade my Receiver "Marantz,Denon,Pioneer"

Hi there, I am looking to upgrade my few years old Denon AVR3805 which is hooked up to a Klipsch Cinema 10 Series satellite speaker system "which sound fantastic for their size" this setup is in my bedroom which also includes a Pioneer PRO110FD and a Panasonic Blu-Ray player DMP-BD60, without saying the AVR3805 sounds great and has done a fine job over the years, the reason for the upgrade is to be able to play the latest audio codecs for my Blu-Ray collection and to be able to connect my ipod.
Got a little spoiled by my Integra DTC 9.8 processor "living room setup", which is hooked up to a 7x200W Outlaw 770 power amp and Klipsch reference speakers and SVS Ultra sub and PRO151FD, the combination is just sonic bliss.
The receivers I am looking at are the Denon 4310ci Pioneer SC-05 or the Marantz SR8002, from some of the postings in here, I see alot of favorable posts to all these units. I am leaning more towards the Denon since I already own one and it matches my Klipsch speakerS perfectly, smooth sound reproduction not on the the harsh side, my question is do the ICE amps really make a big difference in the Pioneer, and what about the Marantz SR8002 the reviews I have read are great but it lacks in features compared to the the other AVR's, thanks again in advance.

If you are going to do this, I would go with the 3808ci for mucho less money and you don't need the Anchor Bay video of the 4310ci as I am sure your BD player will handle that.
