I have Pioneer 919, please tell me how to hookup my speakers, bi amp is confusing me.

My front speakers are polk monitor 50'sm they have two sets of speaker wire, two negatives two positives, whats the best way to hook them up to my receiver?

Page 20 of your owner's manual shows how to bi-amp your speakers. Connect the Front terminals to the HIGH PASS terminals and the surround back terminals to the low pass according to the manual. Also make sure that you remove the clips currently on the speakers which connect high and low pass terminals. Page 21 gives details on how to assign the surround back to be used for bi-amping. You need to select the front bi-amp setting from the surround back menu. Page 94 in your manual shows exactly how to do this.

That being said the difference in sound is minor IMO and using the surround back amplifiers for Surround Back speakers or a second zone would be more worthwhile.
