The light blinking at that frequency generally means: (a) loose speaker wire touching another post, or if inside a wall, possibly the casing has been split by a nail, (b) running 4Ω speakers too loud, or (c) amp failure.
If you can rule out "a" and "b", then try resetting the microprocessor (p. 103), otherwise, if you're not raising the volume above 0db, then you may want to consider repair if purchased from an authorized reseller.
