For the drama"will he live" They have played these games before we'll have to wait and see what really happens.

Robert apparently does come back, he is in the back of the line on the first shot of next's week show when they are lined up

I think they should make the time they spend at Hell's Kitchen smoke free. You think there is drama now, could you imagine what would happen if they were all suffering from nicotine withdrawal while competing on this show?

I don't know if I've seen a non-smoker on this show yet.

Wow.... Van serves up plastic to patrons, and he sends Robert home?
Can't wait to see Andy go- he's certainly not "the right stuff".
I thought Robert should have gone. He never seemed to justify his placement on the show a second time with his performances. Robert was more talk than production this time around.

Wow there does seem to be a near 100% of them being smokers. I dont see the connection to cooking and smoking and would think the opposite that it lessens there taste buds. That would certainly add to there stress, to have them go thru nicotine withdraw.

Reminds me of when I used to be a Prison Guard and the entire city prison system went smoke free.... nothing like being surrounded by thousands of convicted criminals all going thru nicotine withdraw at the same time.... didnt help that I was also aggitated having to do the same.

Not everyone in this season smokes. It's just a restaurant thing.

The appaling lack of maturity, self control and professionalism dooms 98% of these contestants from the start. Cooking skills aside, would you put any of these people in a leadership position within a multi-million dollar enterprise? Kevin seems to be the only choice. Would you select the f-bomb dropping Whoopi look-a-like as the leader of your restaraunt? With your money on the line?

I know many chefs and, waiters, kitchen staff, etc... and the vast majority do smoke. It is an odd combination, but I still remember when everyone in audio post production smoked too (the least of our bad habits). It's just part of the culture and you pick it up. I think HK purposely over emphasizes the smoking via editing to elicit a reaction from the audience.

Robert was a tool, all this guy ever did was act like he was so good at being a chef. In reality he isn't, or at least doesn't appear to be from the show footage. No Andy wont win, but Robert wouldn't of either, so pot kettle black. twice had to leave for heart issues, NEVER should of been brought back. Kevin should win this thing easily, if he doesn't then something MAJOR has to happen.

Watched last night's Hell's Kitchen - Tek is seen in the kitchen at about 50 minutes into the show. Kind of strange since she's gone.
Perhaps some editing to increase the drama? (Ramsey was yelling at Amanda at the time.)

Kind of weird.

We just finished it and saw her as well. Shortly after, there's a shot with Robert as well.

The show was pretty predictable last night. Its like as soon as someone says something like Andy did on about how good his pallette was you just knew he wasn't going to do well. At least they haven't been doing the whole tie challenge thing as much.

I noticed that as well. They are normally better mixing up the footage.

I just noticed Tek as well (well my dad pointed her out). ALthough I did not notice Robert. Not that I don't believe you, but I just erased the show. Darn.

I noticed Tek as well, kinda weird. Maybe they keep them around to do housekeeping things whilst not on camera if they were OK and not too psychotic? Maybe they get paid scale or whatever till the series runs out that way.

Psychotic like Joseph '.'

You know who I was talking about. I'm sure the marines booted him for being too psycho and now he has a great video to prove what a good cook and employee he can be

Poor Andy, he got cut then he got CUT I dont which was more painfull but I will go with the first cut it looked nasty. Heh the blue team just keeps having injury after injury. Now let me address the reward for the challenge. That mime sh!t was the dumbest thing I have seen on this show, just a joke and I am clueless why that was a reward. Tennille, needs to be duct taped, I HATE the way she talks, the most annoying person on the show. Giving the blue team Susan, hahahahaha classic yer fugged move.

Monotone Dave has an annoying voice also.

We call him Dave the Robot because of his monotone.

Maybe too many injuries- they couldn't muster up enough warm bodies to man the stoves...
