Is it possible my Samsung BD-UP5000 could be causing a lipsync problem?

I recently installed an Onkyo 886. I noticed while watching The Matrix on HD DVD that there is a lipsync problem. The audio is behind the video. I tried everything in the 886 but nothing helped. I had the same problem with an Onkyo 805 that I tried out last year. I returned the 805 for that reason.

I am going to try my HD-A1 tonight to see if I have the same problem. I was just curious if anyone here has come across a lipsync problem that was caused by the 5000.

Thank you for the response. That explains why I saw the same delay on both the Samsung 5000 and my HD-A1. It could be my imagination but if I paused the movie then selected the True Hd track rather than selecting it while the movie was playing the delay seemed to be less noticeable. There isn't an actual menu. The movie just starts playing and the only menu is the pop up menu. I wish I would have known a long time ago that the problem is The Matrix HD DVD itself. It is one of my favorite movies and the one I like to try out when I upgrade something because I know it so well.
