I'm sure there is a post regarding this with a good answer but I also googled around and saw countless posts on my issue with no resolution.
I have the Harmony 900 and I am trying to setup my software and keep getting User Timeouts no matter how fast I try to do it. Can't even get through inputting all my devices. Tried to sync up the Oppo remote like it asked me to and after a min or two User session times out and returns me to log in screen.
The tech told me they were doing maintenance and to try later.. when I said you are sure in a few hours I can do all this with timeouts and he hung up on me lol.. I'll take that as a no. If there was maintenance I doubt I'd be able to log on.
I've checked my connections and have no issues at all and tried other software, games and browsing.. nothing. I was also told by one of the reps at Logitech that this has been a previous issue with no resolution they could find...
Sounds like buggy Logitech software that I've read about. I'd hate to return this remote when I just got it and need the damn thing work for all my hardware in my HT closet. Is this a recurring issue over the years or is there a trick to fixing this.
I'll read through some of the previous pages and search some more in the mean time.
figures after I post this I found the below.. so before I call my ISP is this the actual solution ya'll know of to solve Timeouts?
