The sub is going to be in a corner and in a medium sized room. This is mainly for TV and movies. Which one would better fit me?

Dayton SUB-120 $155

I've been several years but I have tried the Dayton Sub 120 in my system and didn't care for it at all. It does have lots of output though for the money.

If $200 is your max budget I'd suggest checking out the Bic F12 which is an excellent performer at it's price point and can be found within your budget shipped.
