Hi.. and welcome to our eternal problem with framedoubling and 1080.
Probably our CPUs are not enough for 1080.. one solution is resize first to 720.. and them apply the framedoubling...
The modern Flat TVs have framedoubling .. Im thinking that buy one of these TV as computer monitor would be a solution.. and leave the computer cpu for other threads.. (can you connect a computer to a TV and use 1920x1080 desktop in windows?)
Anyway I dont understand yet.. with NVIDIA or ATi dont implement this technology into his cards... maybe with CUDA?
Its really a waste having powerful videocards that only know about moving 3D games ;(
If anyone find a solution to 1080 or make framedoubling with videocards or other devices... let us know
