Suggestions: Rotel RSP-1570 or Denon AVR-4310CI

I need some help deciding between these two.

First off, here is my current setup:

B&W DM603 S3 Floor Standing (Mains)
B&W LCR600 S3 Center
B&W DM600 S3 Bookshelf (Rears)

Speakers powered by Rotel RMB-1075 multi-channel amp.
SVS PB12-Plus Subwoofer

Currently, I'm using a Yamaha HTR-5890 as my pre/pro and that is what I am wanting to replace. I will take any suggestions people give me, but I am partial to Denon and Rotel (and Yamaha to some degree). My main question is about the RSP-1570 vs. the AVR-4310CI.

My use is mainly HT (probably around 85%) but I do care about music as well.

Thanks everyone in advance for any and all help!!

Let me ask another question. Maybe something easier.

In general, what are your thoughts on Rotel vs. Denon?

I really like the sound of Rotel products and since I have one of their amps, I would like to get a pre/pro to match. However, I also like some of the features that the Denon has, like iPod connectivity, XM/Sirius radio, and especially the Audyssey EQ.
But my main concern is performance / sound quality.

So here is my question: Rotel without room correction, or Denon with Audyssey EQ?

I know a fair bit of people, as myself, use a Denon receiver, then add a amp either for the fronts, or multichannel. No problem there. And actually comparing with audyssey on and off is a big difference. Even though i have added some measures, theres still a few humps that are rather ugly in my livingroom. The Audyssey takes care of that easily.

I have a Rotel RB-1080 that's driving my front speakers(B&W 703) then i recently stepped up from a Yamaha RX-V2600 to Denon 4308a on the reciever side. The denon pre-amp stages was MUCH better. The Yamaha got tired when i got really high in volume(very seldom did i use that, only material with absolutely NO distorion could be used). On top of that, being able to set the crossover independently for each speaker is a total must-have. Although most of those things can probably be had in say the 3900 on the yamaha side too.

So, take a listen to it, preferably in your home, then you can perhaps try rotel vs. denon.

I would go for the denon, rotel is so far behind I would not bother with them. Since you are using a seperate amp why not look at other options?

Not Audyssey vs. Audyssey, not a hard choice for the Denon (or a comparable Onkyo or NAD) IMO.

If you want newer tech.such as DSX,DP 2Z(but you must sacrify surround back to be Height or Widening front channels for 2 speakers),also great sound and video processing,DENON AVR 4310 is your answer, just my opinion.
