Ms. Clark, please accept my most sincere and humble apology. I didn't know who you are with (Digital Connection ... reseller). I thought you were with "Dune".
However, I still would say that it is a major, major disappointment that the company that makes/assembles these units do not test each and every one of them. PC makers do a "burn in" just to avoid problems like this, and after all these are basically computers.
But, again, I want to apologize to you. My criticism of these problems clearly were inappropriately aimed at you instead of where they should have been. I would not want to receive an open box item (I see people now requesting that. I doubt you have the workspace or personnel to do this requested testing anyway.)
